Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. seeks a manufacturing associate to build stator winding assemblies for high-performance fans, blowers, and cooling systems. You will read and interpret drawings, perform coil wind and insulate tasks, and conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality.

The role requires dexterity, ability to work seated for long periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs. You will follow procedures, work as part of a team, and contribute to on-time production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
• Must be able to build all assemblies according to technical drawings and process.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while seated for long periods.
• Strong work ethic and time management.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team player able to work in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
• Complete all in-process inspection requirements.
• Inspect parts for non-conformities.
• Perform coil wind, insulation, sewing, attaching/positioning, inserting, winding and testing operations.
• Maintain high quality and meet output expectations.
• Adhere to AMETEK policies and procedures.
• Manage time effectively and work with teammates.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
