Job summary

AMETEK ROTRON is seeking operators to manufacture stator winding assemblies for high performance fans and cooling systems. You will read drawings, follow work instructions, perform coil wind, insulation, and related steps while ensuring quality and meeting output expectations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong dexterity, and the ability to work seated for long periods while lifting up to 30 lbs. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
• Build all assemblies according to technical drawings and process.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good hand eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while seated.
• Strong work ethic and time management.
• Operate hand tools and mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Handle very fine wires and small components accurately.
• Sit for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
• Complete in-process inspection requirements.
• Inspect parts for non-conformities (defect recognition).
• Perform coil wind, insulation, sew, attach/position, insert, motor wind, masking and cleaning steps for stator assemblies.
• Maintain high quality and meet output expectations.
• Manage time effectively and adhere to policies.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
