Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking candidates for manufacturing stator winding assemblies used in high-performance fans, blowers, and cooling systems.

You will read and interpret assembly drawings, perform in-process inspections, and complete coil winding and related steps to produce high-quality stator components. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, good dexterity, and the ability to work seated for extended periods while meeting safety and quality

Qualifications

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
  • Build assemblies according to technical drawings and process.
  • Perform repetitive tasks while seated for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and workstation instructions.
  • Complete all in process inspection requirements.
  • Inspect parts for non-conformities (defect recognition skills).
  • Coil wind, Insulate, Sew, Attach/position, Insert, Motor wind, In process inspection, In process test, Mask, Clean, and Unmask Stator assemblies.
  • Maintain high quality and meet company output expectations.
  • Adhere to all policies as called out in employee handbook.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
