Responsibilities

• Perform manual winding of stators and armatures according to drawings and patterns.
• Install copper wire, coils, insulation, and winding components.
• Prepare, form, insert, tie, lace, and secure coils as required.
• Perform armature winding, coil placement, soldering/brazing, and commutator connections.
• Assemble stator and armature components using hand tools and fixtures.
• Follow winding schedules, wire sizes, turns, and connection diagrams.
• Inspect windings and assemblies for workmanship, insulation, and connections.
• Conduct basic tests such as continuity and resistance.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
