Responsibilities

• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators.
• Follow specifications, methods, and procedures to ensure quality production.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and winding tasks.
• Perform machine setup and assist with coil winding operations.
• Complete soldering and insulation work according to established procedures.
• Move materials within the department using a forklift when certified and authorized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor within the same salary grade or below.

Job Title: Stator Winder/Hookup Location: North Mankato, MN Compensation: $24.58–$28.57 per hour – paid weekly Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4:00pm - 2:00am | Monday–Friday Job Type: Direct Hire

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Stator Winder/Hookup workers for a motor and generator manufacturing company in North Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help build and assemble quality motors and generators while working with a skilled production team.
