Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Stator Winder for a 1st shift in North Mankato, MN. You will insulate, wind, and connect stators for motors and generators, using hand and power tools to meet specifications.

This role includes coil winding, insulation work, and following soldering procedures and machine setup requirements. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or vocational training, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational diploma required.
• Ability to learn coil winding techniques and insulation methods.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators following specifications and procedures.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform coil winding and insulation-related operations.
• Follow soldering procedures and machine setup requirements.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
• Move materials within the department using a forklift if licensed and certified.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the same salary grade or below.
