Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Stator Winder/Hookup in North Mankato, MN. This direct-hire, second-shift role focuses on insulating, winding, and hooking up stators for motors and generators.

You will join a skilled manufacturing team and gain hands-on experience with coil winding techniques, machine setup, and soldering. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a mechanical aptitude with the ability to read detailed specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational diploma, or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn coil winding techniques, machine setup, insulation, and soldering procedures through on-the-job training.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators.
• Follow specifications, methods, and procedures to ensure quality production.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and winding tasks.
• Perform machine setup and assist with coil winding operations.
• Complete soldering and insulation work according to established procedures.
• Move materials within the department using a forklift when certified and authorized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor within the same salary grade or below.
