  • Coordinate maintenance packages, task cards, and work scopes to ensure required parts, tooling, manpower, consumables, and access are in place before aircraft arrival.
  • Monitor aircraft arrival/departure times, gate/stand constraints, ground handling availability and ensure that maintenance tasks are sequenced and prioritized appropriately.
  • Maintain station capability information (skills, tooling, manpower hours, shift coverage) and liaise with Maintenance Control Centre (MCC), Planning, Engineering and Supply Chain to identify and resolve resource constraints.
  • Analyze production capacity, demand forecasts and operational needs to proactively adjust staffing needs and priorities, including monitoring the man hours available versus the man hours planned.
  • Maximize downtime opportunities for defect resolution within the station priorities and communicate changes.
