Qualifications

  • Airline maintenance experience and certification required.
  • Experience with wide-body aircraft (Boeing) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airworthiness directives.
  • Proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

Station Production Controller | 12 hour shift | Floater and Nights | 4days on | 4days off

The Station Production Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing the production operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime for aircraft. The role involves coordination of maintenance activities, resource utilization, and effective planning to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production schedules and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and airworthiness directives
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization for maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement recovery plans for aircraft on ground (AOG) situations
  • Oversee inventory management for aircraft parts and materials
  • Collaborate with engineering and ground services teams to ensure operational readiness
  • Monitor and manage maintenance workflows to maintain high reliability and minimize downtime
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standards
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to streamline operations
  • Prepare and review task cards, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years Aviation maintenance experience; Specifically with wide body aircraft, Boeing
  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance within the airline industry
  • Proficiency in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations
  • Excellent resource planning and optimization skills
  • Ability to manage manpower and staffing efficiently
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting and scheduling practices
  • Experience in managing out-of-service (OOS) aircraft and recovery efforts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge - must be able to acquire and maintain
  • Shifts will be 12 hours with 4 days on, 4 days off as the team operates 24/7/365
