Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) seeks a capable Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a retail station in Maple Valley, WA. You will lead staff, recruit and train, and ensure compliance with wage and hourly laws while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, merchandising, cash handling, payroll submission, safety protocols, and Loss Prevention. You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and Facilities to maintain smooth operations and a safe,

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Previous managerial experience in a retail, food service or fuel environment.
• Available to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18/21+ depending on location and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and employee matters.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, manage performance and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with wage & hourly requirements, CSI policies, and safety guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and payroll submission.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and incident reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and Facilities as needed.
