Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) seeks an experienced manager to oversee daily store operations at our California retail location. You will supervise staff, manage payroll, ensure safety and compliance, and drive excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, training and performance coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. This role requires flexibility to work diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with staff.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail, food service or fuel.
• Able to work varied hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including customer service, stocking, cleaning and food-service.
• Lead people management and performance, coaching and discipline as needed.
• Manage payroll submission, labor scheduling, and adherence to safety guidelines.
