Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations at our Maple Valley location.

You will assist the Station Manager, supervise staff during shifts, process transactions, stock, maintain cleanliness, and uphold CSI safety and loss prevention standards. We seek dependable, team-oriented individuals with cash-handling experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail or fuel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments with cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating cash registers and related equipment.
• Availability across a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations and oversight.
• Provide work direction to staff during shifts and ensure tasks are completed.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and CSI policies.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accountability.
• Maintain store operations including stocking, cleaning and food-service tasks.
