Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is seeking a capable team member to support station operations, supervise staff during shifts, and ensure safe, compliant customer service. You will assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily paperwork while upholding CSI standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a ready attitude to train and mentor CSRs, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic gas-and-convenience business.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and follow CSI policies and safety training.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager with day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
• Provide work direction, coaching and ensure tasks are completed in line with CSI guidelines.
• Maintain safety, cash handling and loss prevention procedures while ensuring quality customer service.
