Responsibilities

• Manage Station EBIT results.
• Ensure employee engagement and targeting for best results.
• Improve customer satisfaction via Service First incl. process improvements.
• Drive GoGreen agenda.
• Deals with local authorities and acts as a legal representative of the station.
• Represent station to employees and organize company events.
• Decide on administrative matters at station.
• Lead negotiations with external suppliers.
• Accompany Field Sales and Key Account Sales on client visits.
• Hiring decisions at station level (subject to higher approval).
• Make functional strategy and operations decisions; set performance targets.
• Evaluate performance and target achievement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with AFR product and DGF global network partners.
