Responsibilities

• Relay clear, concise information, updates, and feedback between HQ and branch teams.
• Efficiently manage payroll, control overtime, and balance labor costs with operational needs.
• Maintain control over daily operations and P&L to drive profitability.
• Build a unified operations and sales team through effective communication and people management.
• Develop teams to achieve company goals, manage high-volume customer transactions, and demonstrate strong foresight and planning.
• Inspire and guide teams, maintain alignment with company goals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Utilize relevant software and technology tools to streamline operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
