Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in electrical/mechanical/industrial maintenance technology or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Equivalent education and experience limited to military training or technical/technician work.
• Valid Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing and maintenance of station equipment such as breakers, relays, meters and control wiring.
• Lead in station ground tests and perform SF6 gas processing and other electrical tests.
• Inspect and troubleshoot stations; locate and report irregularities.
• Switching and grounding on transmission, distribution and generation lines; follow safety rules.
• Maintain records, operate tools and company vehicles; train others as needed.
