Qualifications

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of advanced cooking techniques and station independence as needed.
• Inspect and finalize plates to ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Keep stations clean and sanitary following food handling and safety protocols.
• Assist training and step in for minor supervisory duties as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
