Qualifications

• Experience as a prep cook or line cook is advantageous.
• Ability to follow recipes and quality standards.
• Knowledge of basic food prep and food handling safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and standards.
• Prepare guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute basic food prep and assist higher-ranked cooks.
• Inspect preparations and plates to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Manage kitchen equipment and recipe execution.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
