You will prepare and assign production and prep tasks, review priorities, and communicate any changes to assignments during the shift. You will set up workstations with mise en place, tools, and supplies, then break them down and complete closing duties at day’s end.

Responsibilities

• Assists with training and monitoring performance of Line Cooks.
• Maintains organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work for Line Cooks to complete; review priorities.
• Communicate additions or changes to the assignments as they arise throughout the shift.
• Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies. Breakdown workstations and complete closing duties at the end of last shift of the day.
