Job summary

Targa Resources is seeking a Station Construction Manager to lead midstream facility and pipeline construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will coordinate contractors, materials, and internal resources across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing design and procurement, feasibility studies, cost estimation, and commissioning activities, with emphasis on adherence to API/ASME/DOT standards and environmental coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in project scoping, costing, and management in gas gathering/processing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver license and safe driving record.
  • Know-how of oil & gas construction practices and facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through full lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning.
  • Coordinate pipeline design activities and constructability reviews.
  • Oversee procurement and delivery of pipeline materials and equipment.
  • Develop scope of work packages and bids for construction activities.
  • Track costs and milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup efforts.
