Job summary

Airbus in Getafe is seeking a Static Stress Specialist for Engineering in-service solutions. You will perform static stress analyses and ensure compliance with regulations, interfacing with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver repair solutions and certification documents.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in structural analysis, advanced English, and experience with ISAMI and FEM in aerospace contexts. This role supports a hybrid work model with strong growth opportunities within Airbus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in structural analysis engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform static stress analysis for repairs according to validated methods.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, design principles, processes and manufacturing capability guidelines.
• Analyze damage reports to determine root cause and identify repair solutions.
• Interpret and apply knowledge in NDT.
• Interface and communicate with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.
• Provide certification documents for repair/acceptance of damaged structures.
