Job summary

Child Development Resources (CDR) in Williamsburg, VA, is hiring a VA Statewide Virtual Coaching Specialist. This role centers on virtual coaching and technical assistance to VA ITSN sites and coaches, with statewide leadership in practice and capacity building.

The position is full-time and onsite at CDR. You will support infant and toddler classrooms, align with CLASS and ELDS standards, and collaborate with regional offices to improve teacher-child interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in infant and toddler or early childhood education required.
• Two years of infant and toddler experience, five preferred.
• Experience coaching adult learners via virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide virtual coaching and TA to VA ITSN coaches.
• Deliver TA focused on CLASS, ELDS, and STREAMin3 to Virginia sites.
• Develop procedures and materials to support virtual service delivery.
• Coordinate with VA ITSN and partner offices to strengthen statewide capacity.
