Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, human services, social work, or another child-related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers; two years minimum, five years preferred.
• Familiarity with VQB5 and/or CLASS® is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, videoconferencing, webinar, and other virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support infant & toddler educators in center-based and home-based settings to strengthen interactions and classroom quality.
• Use CLASS®, curriculum, and VQB5 data to identify needs and develop individualized coaching and TA plans.
• Provide training and professional development on infant and toddler development, CLASS®, curriculum, and early learning standards.
• Deliver individualized technical assistance to teachers and directors.
• Build strong partnerships with educators, directors, families, and community partners.
