Job summary

Child Development Resources (CDR) is seeking a VA Statewide Virtual Coaching Specialist to support VQB5 infant and toddler classrooms through virtual coaching and TA. The role is full-time and housed onsite at CDR in Williamsburg, VA.

The successful candidate will lead virtual coaching, provide statewide TA, and build capacity in VA ITSN coaches to deliver high-quality services. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in infant and toddler or early childhood education or related field.
• Minimum two years experience with infants/toddlers; five years preferred.
• Experience coaching adults via virtual platforms; ability to train statewide coaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual coaching to VA ITSN coaches statewide.
• Deliver TA focusing on CLASS, curricula like STREAMin3, ELDS.
• Coordinate TA hours and site initiatives across regions.
• Develop procedures, forms, and materials for virtual services.
• Promote services and connect directors and teachers to resources.
• Attend trainings and maintain required certifications.
