Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in training and development or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
• Resourceful with ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal relationships with employees, peers and customers.
• Professional dress is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and uploads effective training using Compliance Quest.
• Conducts needs assessments to improve employee performance.
• Understands Company policies as outlined in Handbook and policies.
• Assists in evaluating reports and results related to goals.
• Recommends new policies to improve efficiency of department and services.
• Supports Organizational Development morale initiatives and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
