Job summary

North Carolina Conference of District Attorneys seeks a Training Coordinator to support the MDT against human trafficking. You will manage training requests, schedule sessions, and coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in program coordination or training administration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trainings and events for multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordinator for MDT training requests and scheduling.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during development of trainings.
• Coordinate travel, venues, A/V, and registration for trainings (in-person & virtual).
• Track training activity, attendances, and deliver post-training documentation.
• Maintain grant compliance and ensure accessibility of training materials.
• Build relationships with statewide agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
