• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in program coordination, training administration, criminal justice, social services, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Training Request Management and Coordination: central coordinator for all incoming training requests; evaluate requests for alignment, calendar management, and stakeholder communications.
• Training Development Support: provide administrative and logistical support to MDT experts, assist with timelines, content organization, and materials; ensure grant compliance and accessibility.
• Training Delivery Logistics: coordinate travel, venues, A/V needs, registrations, and on-site logistics for in-person and virtual trainings; support trainers during events.
• Data, Reporting, and Compliance: track training activities, attendees, outputs, and impact metrics; prepare regular reports; maintain documentation for grant compliance.
• Relationship Management: liaise between MDT members and external partners; maintain relationships with statewide agencies and partners.
