Job summary

North Carolina Conference of District Attorneys is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the statewide Multidisciplinary Anti-Human Trafficking Team (MDT). This role focuses on streamlining training requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring trauma-informed, evidence-based training for prosecutors, law enforcement, and victim-service partners across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in program coordination, training administration, criminal justice, social services, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating trainings, programs, or events for multidisciplinary or public-sector teams is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordinator for all incoming training requests to the MDT.
• Evaluate requests for alignment with MDT goals and resource needs; maintain the MDT’s training calendar.
• Communicate with requesting agencies regarding expectations, logistics, and deliverables; manage travel and venue arrangements.
• Track training activities, attendees, outputs, and impact metrics required by funders; prepare regular reports.
