Portland Recovery Community Center is seeking a Statewide Recovery Coach Coordinator to develop, train, coordinate, and support peer recovery coach programs across Maine. The role advances coaching quality, integrity, and accessibility through training, technical assistance, and professional development, partnering with RCCs and community partners.

Formación

• Lived experience in recovery and passion for supporting people in recovery.
• Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CCAR trained recovery coach or ability to be trained during hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RCCs to recruit, screen, train and oversee recovery coaches based on CCAR curriculum.
• Manage administrative tasks including virtual training coordination, email, digital records, and registration systems.
• Provide technical assistance to local coordinators for Coachervision and program oversight across healthcare, community and law enforcement systems.
• Coordinate CCAR Recovery Coach trainings, including scheduling, materials, and records.
• Support ongoing development for Peer Recovery Coaching programs in RCCs and emerging programs across Maine.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to assess community needs and RCC readiness.
• Provide information on trainings, credentialing pathways, continuing education, and coaching opportunities.
