Job summary

MaineHealth's Lincoln Hospital is seeking a Peer Recovery Partner to provide one-on-one support in the community, at clients’ homes, or at the workplace. The role also involves leading group sessions and helping clients connect to wellness and recovery opportunities in their communities.

Applicants should have some college coursework, relevant training (CIPSS preferred), and a valid driver's license. Experience in peer support and computer proficiency are important requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Some college coursework preferred.
• License/Certifications: CIPSS certification or ability to obtain; driver’s license required.
• Experience: Experience providing one-on-one and/or group facilitation peer support preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements: Must be in recovery and willing to identify as such; computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities
