Job summary

Florida Department of Education's Just Read, Florida! Office seeks a Program Specialist IV to provide statewide leadership and technical assistance for reading instruction and English Language Arts programs.

Qualifications

• 4 years of direct experience in ESE and/or Reading education.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, and policies relating to educational programs for students with disabilities and English Language Arts.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
• Preferred: 6 years direct experience in reading/literacy or state certification in reading.
• Preferred: Teaching experience with documented success in reading instruction.
