Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs Provider Relations activities related to Medicaid Services Unit programs statewide.
• Oversees Provider Relations - Professional Development, Provider Certifications and SPA functions.
• Chair and manage routine operations of Provider Relations Units and VRC.
• Develops and improves standardized processes and monitoring tools to meet goals.
• Resolves service issues with Members and Providers through professional communication.
• Collaborates with the MSU Leadership Team to address Provider concerns.
• Ensures performance measures are met and issues remediated per standards.
• Maintains knowledge of Oklahoma Administrative Code, ADvantage Waiver, CMS HCBS rules.
