Qualifications

• No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative or administrative experience

Responsibilities

• Directs Provider Relations activities across MSU programs statewide.
• Chair and ensure routine operations of the Provider Relations Units and Violation Review Committee (VRC).
• Develops/improves standardized processes, monitoring tools, etc., to support assigned units in meeting performance goals.
• Supervises the resolution of service issues pertaining to Members, Providers and other interested parties.
• Works with MSU Leadership Team to monitor provider issues and Member concerns.
• Ensures all performance measures are met and issues remediated appropriately.
• Maintains knowledge of Oklahoma Administrative Code and CMS HCBS rules.
• Plans with MSU Leadership/Management Teams to develop standards within federal/state regulations and guidelines
