Job summary

Archways in New Hampshire is seeking a Program Director to provide statewide leadership for the Family Recovery Project. The role reports to the Vice President / COO and leads planning, implementation, coordination, and sustainability of the grant, ensuring federal requirements and outcomes stay on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred.
  • At least five years in leadership roles in child welfare or related field.
  • Three years managing federally funded grants or large multi-partner initiatives.
  • Three years leading cross-system collaboration among multiple organizations.
  • Knowledge of family-centered, recovery-oriented practices.
  • Experience with program implementation, CQI, and performance measurement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel throughout New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

  • Lead statewide implementation of NH Family Recovery Project with annual work plans and timelines.
  • Oversee Family Threads Model implementation across Resource Centers; ensure fidelity and provide TA/coaching.
  • Facilitate the NH Family Recovery System Leadership Council and coordinate cross-partner communication.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor MOUs, referral protocols, and care-coordination processes.
  • Build collaboration across child welfare, behavioral health, recovery supports, healthcare, and justice systems.
  • Ensure compliance with RPGR grant requirements and reporting timelines.
  • Prepare progress and grant reports; coordinate federal site visits.
  • Collaborate with finance/administration to monitor expenditures, contracts, staffing, and records.
  • Coordinate data collection and sharing with Data Specialist and OMNI Institute; support evaluation.
  • Lead CQI activities using data to identify barriers and improve practice.
  • Coordinate statewide workforce development: training, leadership, and communities of practice.
  • Lead sustainability efforts and funding partnerships, integrating Family Threads into statewide systems.
