Job summary

Archways NH is seeking a Data Specialist for the New Hampshire Family Recovery Project to coordinate data collection, ensure data quality, and produce analytical reports for program improvement and compliance.

You will work with Archways’ leadership and partner organizations to turn data into actionable information, support performance measurement, and ensure privacy and governance standards across the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience managing program data, performance measurement, or related information systems.
  • Experience with databases, spreadsheets, reporting systems, and data-visualization tools.
  • Ability to translate data and performance information into clear reports for staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support data systems, procedures, tools, and reporting for implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and federal reporting.
  • Coordinate standardized data collection across participating organizations and partners.
  • Monitor data quality through validation, completeness checks, timeliness, and follow-up with sites.
  • Track project performance measures, enrollment, service delivery, engagement, referrals, and outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and monthly/quarterly/annual reports communicating progress and trends.
  • Prepare regional grant performance reporting and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with OMNI Institute on evaluation activities and data coordination.
  • Provide analysis supporting Continuous Quality Improvement and decision-making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Evaluation, Statistics, Information Management, Public Administration, or related field
Master’s degree
