The Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) seeks a dedicated Statewide Payroll, Timekeeping, and Leaves Advisor. You will be the statewide expert guiding agencies through complex payroll, timekeeping, and leaves processes to ensure accurate and compliant workforce administration.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of four (4) years of college.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in payroll, timekeeping, and leaves for a public or business organization.

Responsabilités

• Serve as statewide expert and trusted partner for payroll, timekeeping, and leaves processes.
• Develop and maintain statewide resource guides for payroll and leaves.
• Deliver training to diverse audiences on payroll, timekeeping, and leaves.
• Provide expert guidance on legislative and policy proposals affecting payroll and timekeeping.
• Review and update content in the Personnel Workbench and related resources.
