OSU Fire Service Training, a division of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, seeks a Program Manager to oversee the statewide Paramedicine Program. The role includes curriculum development, budget oversight, and program delivery, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

The manager will pursue CoAEMSP accreditation and liaise with NAS etc., while supervising instructors and supporting EMS program leadership. Some travel to training sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five or more years as a National Registry licensed paramedic.
• Ability to travel statewide.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in EMS education, training coordination, or curriculum development is preferred.
• Leadership and teaching experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage development, implementation, and evaluation of a statewide Paramedicine Program.
• Oversee curriculum development, budgets, and program deliveries for paramedicine programs.
• Pursue Paramedicine Programmatic Accreditation (CoAEMSP/CAAHEP).
• Serve as liaison with National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and local/state/federal EMS organizations.
• Select and supervise paramedic instructors; back up EMS programs leadership.
• Develop, update, and maintain curriculum and training materials; assist with program planning and growth initiatives.
• Occasional travel to client sites for training or evaluation.
