Direct, oversee, and manage EMS Licensing and EMS Education & Compliance programs across statewide EMS regulation.
Supervise program staff, provide coaching, distribute workload, and conduct performance evaluations.
Develop goals, manage staffing actions, and ensure operational efficiency in all functional areas.
Administer licensing for EMS providers, instructors, training agencies, and EMS services; evaluate applications and determine licensure eligibility.
Ensure compliance with relevant EMS statutes and regulations and perform audits to verify continuing competency.
