Job summary

ND Health and Human Services is seeking a statewide Opioid Addiction Administrator within the Behavioral Health Division. The role oversees the implementation of a statewide opioid initiative, manages contracts and budgets, and reports on outcomes while building strong partnerships with state and community stakeholders.

The incumbent will provide training and technical assistance on contract requirements and deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulations and funding conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with specified related work experience.
• Experience in program administration, budgeting and contract oversight is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and oversee a statewide opioid initiative strategy.
• Manage contracts, budgets, reporting and evaluation for initiatives.
• Build partnerships with state and community stakeholders; provide training and technical assistance.
