Job summary

The New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) is seeking a Multi-Level Response Manager to provide statewide administrative and clinical supervision of MLR Supervisors and oversee CQI processes.

The role requires building partnerships with stakeholders, developing policies, ensuring data quality, and guiding program rollout across offices; a Bachelor's degree in social sciences and six years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of social work, community coordination, or related experience, with two years in supervision.
  • Experience working with children, youth, families, and trauma-informed care is preferred.
  • Ability to develop policies, CQI processes, and training for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide statewide administrative and reflective supervision to MLR Supervisors.
  • Oversee the rollout of Multi-Level Response across the state.
  • Develop and implement MLR policies, CQI, and stakeholder trainings.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting for program evaluation.
