Qualifications

• BA Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences or related field plus one year of related experience.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of foster care and adoption systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides case-level supervision for Kinship Specialists.
• Ensures policies are followed and outcomes meet contractual goals.
• Coaches, mentors, and supports Caseworkers to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinates service provision to meet contractual expectations for frequency, duration, and mode.
• Oversees hiring, development, supervision, and retention of staff.
• Liaises with licensing and social work managers to ensure coordinated services.
• Monitors service delivery and reports on program performance.
