Job summary

FOUR OAKS FAMILY AND CHILDRENS SERVICES in Iowa City seeks a Statewide Kinship Navigator Supervisor to lead the RRTS model, oversee Kinship Specialists, and manage daily operations to support Relative, Kinship, and Fictive Kin families. The role ensures effective implementation of Kinship Services to achieve positive child outcomes.

The position requires a BA degree in a related field and at least one year of supervisory experience, with knowledge of foster care and adoption systems preferred.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences or related field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of foster care and adoption systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides case-level supervision for Kinship Specialists.
• Ensures policies are followed and outcomes meet contractual goals.
• Provides regular supervision guiding staff toward contract targets.
• Coordinates service provision to meet monthly contractual expectations.
• Trains Kinship Navigator staff in service delivery.
• Maintains accurate data in the system and utilizes dashboards for supervision.
