Job summary

FOUR OAKS FAMILY AND CHILDRENS SERVICES is seeking a Statewide Kinship Navigator Supervisor in Dubuque, IA to lead the Kinship Navigator team and manage the RRTS model. You will supervise Kinship Specialists, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate regional service delivery to support Relative, Kinship, and Fictive Kin families.

The role requires a BA degree in Human Services or related field and supervisory experience, with knowledge of foster care and adoption systems.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences or related field plus one year of related experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of foster care and adoption systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides case-level supervision for Kinship Specialists.
• Ensures policy compliance and outcomes per contract.
• Provides regular supervision to Kinship Specialists to meet contractual goals.
• Coordinates service provision in the assigned region with monthly supportive contacts.
• Trains Kinship Navigator staff in service delivery.
• Works with Quality and Compliance to ensure data capture and performance review.
• Reviews monthly reports for accuracy and client suitability for KPC approval/adoption.
• Assigns families to Kinship Specialists for licensing and support.
• Updates Myevol with current family and placement information.
• Facilitates connections between Four Oaks and licensing/social work staff.
• Coaches and mentors staff to meet service requirements and contract expectations.
• Leads staff to achieve client outcomes and coordinates with managers for service delivery.
