Job summary

Four Oaks Family And Childrens Services in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Statewide Kinship Navigator Supervisor to lead and manage the RRTS model, oversee Kinship Specialists, and ensure the Kinship Services Program operates effectively to support children and families.

You will supervise staff, ensure contractual goals are met, collaborate with licensing and case managers, and promote timely, accurate documentation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences or related field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of foster care and adoption systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides case-level supervision for all assigned Kinship Specialists.
• Ensures that policies are followed and that outcomes meet contractual goals.
• Provides regular supervision guiding staff to achieve contractual outcomes.
• Coordinates service provision in the region with emphasis on monthly supportive contacts.
• Trains Kinship Navigator staff in service delivery.
• Maintains database documentation and uses dashboards for supervision.
• Reviews monthly reports for accuracy and program suitability.
