Job summary

ACLU of Southern California seeks a Director of Statewide IT to lead information systems, security, and intranet platforms for SoCal, Cal Action, and SDIC. The role directs IT strategy, budgeting, vendor relations, and MSP oversight to ensure reliable technology services for multiple affiliates.

The DSIT collaborates with executive leadership, drives policy creation, and governs software licensing, backups, and disaster recovery, while expanding training and security initiatives throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in information technology or related field.
• Minimum four years’ leadership experience in technology systems, IT infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Minimum two years’ experience overseeing IT teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision, and management for affiliates in all matters related to information systems and telecommunications.
• Analyze information and technology needs from strategic and operational perspectives.
• Plan, deploy, and manage MS Teams and SharePoint intranets for CA ACLUs and related entities.
