Formación

• Five years of experience in information technology or administrative services; OR
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in information technology or administrative services; OR
• An associate’s degree in information technology or accounting plus three years of experience in information technology or administrative services; OR
• A bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in information technology or administrative services; OR
• A bachelor’s degree with twenty-four semester hours in an information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics field plus two years of experience in information technology or administrative services; OR
• A master’s degree plus two years of experience in information technology or administrative services.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in negotiations and develops highly complex information technology contracts and amendments; prepares task orders and statements of work; coordinates with Office of State Procurement.
• Provides direct or functional supervision to OTS personnel; supports executives, Agency Relationship Managers, and customers with procurement, contracts and budgeting.
• Conducts highly complex analyses for contracts, fiscal support, and IT procurement regulations.
• Supports statewide IT operations by delivering analyses to executives and managers on procurement and contracting policies.
• Ensures compliance with Louisiana Procurement Laws, Rules, IT Procurement Guidelines, and obtains necessary approvals.
