Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse, fleet, and equipment service operations within the Sales Center. You will supervise staff, manage inventories, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and a focus on safety and efficiency in a food manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years supervisory experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Report daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to management.
• Manage inventory to minimize out of date and out of stock issues in the warehouse.
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Manage monthly/annual department operating budget, control expenses effectively, and explain budget variances to management.
• Oversee the product rotation within the facility.
• Provide training and supervision for forklift operators and warehouse personnel.
• Maintain safety and compliance across operations.
