Job summary

MDH, Developmental Disabilities Administration, based in Baltimore, seeks a policy leader who will ensure person-centered, family-oriented practices aligned with CtLC. The role will drive equity and access and oversee statewide efforts to support families and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution options exist for advanced degrees or additional health/services experience.
• Experience in health services and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for family-centered policy work.

Responsibilities

• Provide policy expertise from the family perspective.
• Lead the Maryland Community of Practice for Supporting Families (MD CoP-SF).
• Advance systems change using Charting the LifeCourse framework.
• Manage key partnerships and agreements for statewide implementation and capacity building.
