Job summary

State of Indiana seeks a leader to head the Indiana Board of Pharmacy's compliance efforts and manage the Compliance Team. The role reports to the Compliance Director and requires travel statewide to conduct investigations.

The position emphasizes program governance, policy development and cross-agency collaboration within the PLA. The salary starts at $47,320, with a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of program subject matter through experience/education.
• Specialized knowledge of program area, including pertinent rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of source materials and references including laws governing the programs.
• Ability to implement new principles and policies and discern implications.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to apply rules to problems to produce solutions.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting and budget principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs to ensure program effectiveness.
• Develop, update, and monitor program policies and procedures.
• Answer questions about program policies and procedures.
• Serve as technical consultant to stakeholders on policies.
• Prepare and disseminate monthly and annual program reports.
• Review budget and ensure assets are allocated properly.
• Monitor compliance and make efficiency recommendations.
• Prepare training materials and train agency employees.
• Deliver communications plans and communications.
• Liaise between agency and state/federal agencies.
