Job summary

Innovative Hematology, Inc. (IHI) seeks a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist to oversee regulatory compliance, licensing, and accreditation readiness across current and future states of operation.

You will develop scalable compliance practices, support audits, and partner with clinical and leadership teams to ensure enterprise alignment. You will allocate up to 20% of time to prescription verification, clinical review, patient counseling, and monitoring adherence for specialty medications, while

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Minimum ten years of pharmacy experience including regulatory, accreditation, compliance, or operational leadership.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Indiana; ability to obtain additional state licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and licensing across current and future states of operation.
• Develop scalable licensing strategies to support growth, acquisitions, new pharmacy services, and external partnerships.
• Lead mock surveys, internal audits, external audits, corrective action plans, staff education, and continuous improvement activities.
• Allocate up to 20% of work time to prescription verification, clinical review, patient counseling, adherence and safety monitoring.
